1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Raptor ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Raptor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using Raptor, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. The Platform involves cryptocurrency transactions, which may be subject to additional regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account on Raptor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain only one account per person
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Wallet & Financial Terms

Raptor provides a custodial wallet service for your convenience. By using our wallet features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Raptor maintains custody of your wallet's private keys on your behalf
• All USDC and cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the Solana blockchain
• The Platform may charge fees for certain transactions, including paid follows, tips, and token swaps
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your use of the Platform
• Raptor is not a financial advisor and does not provide investment advice
• Cryptocurrency values are volatile and you may lose value in your holdings

5. Paid Follows & Creator Monetization

Raptor allows creators to monetize their following through paid follows. You understand that:

• Creators may set tiered pricing for followers beyond their free follower limit
• Payments for follows are processed in USDC on the Solana blockchain
• The Platform may retain a percentage of paid follow revenue as a service fee
• There is no guarantee of earnings or follower growth
• Paid follow relationships do not constitute any form of ownership or equity in a creator's content

6. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or identity theft
• Manipulate markets or engage in pump-and-dump schemes
• Spam, solicit, or send unsolicited communications
• Use automated bots or scripts without prior authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or wallets

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you post on Raptor. By posting content, you grant Raptor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with operating the Platform. You represent that you have the right to post any content you share and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RAPTOR DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES ARISING FROM BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK ISSUES, SMART CONTRACT VULNERABILITIES, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE VOLATILITY.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO RAPTOR IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Account Termination

Raptor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will have a reasonable period to withdraw any funds remaining in your wallet, subject to applicable fees and minimum withdrawal amounts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
